We did not know what to expect for breakfast, as we were tagging along with a promise of something new and wonderful. The experience exceeded our expectations, the serve yourself black tea was so delicious, we kept going back for more. The Kuymac, or as I am now referring to it as a deconstructed Kenefe was just amazing. The melted cheese that you layer on this perfect slice of bread, adding honey and cherry jam, an ensemble made in heaven.
