Chris Schmidt★I was about to place an order by phone, but the experience was shocking. The call was answered with an unfriendly "Hello" without a company name. When I asked what I wanted, I was asked in an aggressive tone and with the staff in an extremely bad mood. When I was told the delivery time would be two hours, I politely declined, explaining that this was unfortunately too long. At that point, the employee on the phone became incredibly rude and loud.
