There was no electric kettle in the room to make some tea, besides that the rooms are good quality with nice bed. Although the curtains leave huge gaps on both sides so it doesn't get dark in the room. The breakfast is fine but €16 is to much for what you get. There was also problems with paying by card. Overal a medium experience.

Extremely hospitable staff. Delicious breakfast. Staff speaks English, very helpful in the small town. Rooms are a nice size and very clean. The location is right by a tram stop and walking distance to central Frankfurt (Oder). We plan to visit again. The only negative: the restaurant is not currently open. Only breakfast is available on-site.

I had a really bad experience with the hotel. When I came to the hotel one of the employees asked me if I could help them with cleaning dishes. It was so inappropriate that at first I was so in shock snd agreed to help. It was later when I realised that he probably assumed that if I’m from Poland I’m must be a blue collar worker. He seemed to be really surprised when to his question about ny job I told him that I’ve never worked in gastronomy and in fact that I’m an academic. It’s a bit of a pity that people still use this kind of stereotypes… Apart from that I have to admit that the hotel off
