The food here was the usual, nothing really stood out to me. The atmosphere was decent, but the service was weak. They forgot the drinks, then they gave us a cola zero that tasted like cherry coke. Nobody apologised. Took us 24 min to get out food.

Extremely Poor Service – Order Never Arrived I placed an order at this Burger King over 1 hour and 15 minutes ago, and I still haven’t received my food. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. The status on Lieferando hasn’t updated at all, so it seems my order hasn’t even been prepared yet. This level of service is unacceptable. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be aware that they may ignore your calls and make you wait forever. I expect a full explanation and refund immediately.

Not many customers on a Monday evening. Online ordering did not work. Touchscreens also not working properly. The whole ordering process took 15 minutes and we ended up at the counter. Some tables dirty. Had to wait 10 minutes for the food. State of washrooms questionable. Salad a joke. Veggie King Rib had a very hard and chewy patty which was overcooked and drowned in barbecue sauce. Staff was mostly friendly. I always ask myself why I keep returning to BK. This branch gave me another very good reason to stay away in the future. Seems poorly managed and somewhat abandoned.

In general it was one of the cleanest BK I've been in Germany, yet the toilets do leave a lot to wish on. It was quite dirty there in places one needs to touch frequently. I can't comment on the staff, as we ordered remote and we had not much contact with them.
