Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was not very welcoming, and the staff, including the chefs, were not particularly friendly. The dishes were underwhelming and did not meet our expectations, rather then the Salmon that was frash. One dish consisted of five small plates, tea and soup, which felt odd and not worth the price. Overall, the food and service did not justify the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have been to this place 4-5 times inthe last 3 years. According my latest experience, I can tell that the quality of food has decreased substantially. During the last visit we had sushi with not well cooked sushi rice. You could feel the crunch of rice in mouth which felt like either eating a takeaway cold sushi or sushi with undercooked rice. Just to point out that, I year ago this was in my opinion, the best sushi restaurant in freiburg. So I will give it a benefit of doubt that it might be that just on the day the sushi was not good. Hence will update my comment after the next visit. May

Disappointing. I have had a lot of sushi in my life ... cheap sushi as well as expensive sushi. This was one of the worst I have ever had. They only had the same four kinds of sushi on the belt, which was sort of empty most of the time (as seen on the photo). There was also just too much rice and super little fish / meat. The staff was nice though, but not going there again. It was just not worth the money.

Food is ok, the atmosphere is bad and I would rather eat at McDonald's. And 55 for 2 people is just wasted. I won't go there again. People who work there hardly speak German. Oh and you can only cash. Probably so they can cheat on how much they make.
