Best pizza and pasta in Hagen. The service, both on-site and via delivery, is simply top-notch. My wife and I have been eating there for 13 years now, and we've never been disappointed. We will remain loyal customers for many years to come.

Yesterday, the three of us went out to eat and were very disappointed. One of us ordered a turkey steak, which went back after two bites – extremely tough, dry, and simply inedible. The server offered a replacement, but understandably, we'd lost our appetites. The dish was still on the bill, though. When we inquired, we were told the meat had supposedly been fine – which was definitely not the case. The owner was completely uncooperative, citing "loss of goods" and insisting on payment.
