Tomi and I had two hours to kill before the train and Cafe Amadeo was exactly the right place to spend them. Sat outside, coffee was fine, nothing special — but the ice glass was perfect and I loved it. The kind of stop where you're not expecting much and end up not wanting to leave when the time comes. Cafe Amadeo sits on Nürnberger Strasse in central Hanau, a short walk from the main train station that makes it a natural landing spot for anyone with time between connections.
