I visited this Greek grill and had a very unpleasant experience with the service. The staff seemed easily irritated by criticism and not very receptive to questions or comments. Instead of responding calmly, they sometimes came back with a very curt and unfriendly attitude, which significantly detracted from the atmosphere. The way they treated guests also seemed impatient and lacking in customer focus. In my case, I felt that even minor misunderstandings were immediately dismissed instead of being resolved objectively.
