Pat A-E★I stopped by this evening, hoping for a relaxed pizza and a bit of Italian warmth. Instead, I discovered a fascinating local custom: the invisible queue. Guests with glittering handbags and generous companions seemed to glide effortlessly to the front, while others like me practiced patience and invisibility. The staff appeared well-trained in recognizing the sound of heavy wallets, less so in basic courtesy. I’m sure the food tastes exquisite if you ever get the chance to try it — I, unfortunately, didn’t. A true masterclass in selective hospitality.

The pizzas and pastas are always delicious and there are also seasonal specialities, at the moment (in summer 2020) there's pizza burrata on the list, which was one of the best pizzas I've ever had)! Service is straightforward and friendly. Reservation is strongly recommended, the restaurant is quite small but in summertime there are tables in front of the restaurant as well as in the inner yard.
