No matter the day of the week, the hour of the day, or whether the place is packed or completely empty, you can always count on one thing: a waiter will not come to your table in under 30 minutes (if you're lucky). It leaves you with plenty of quality time to talk with your company! And don't think this only applies to the initial order—the exact same dedication applies to delivering your food and when you want to pay the check. Marvelous!
