g★It's usually a pleasure to dine at Vapianoes in other cities, but unfortunately not this time. The waiters here ridiculously had his finger point at us with an overwhelmingly harsh manner after we've been waiting for some time at the reception and nobody came. So we picked a card and walked in. If what we did wasn't totally acceptable, it's their sole responsibility as a self-service restaurant to have someone in every position, and on the other hand, their attitudes were utterly unacceptable (not only as a serviced restaurant), as no one should point at people's face.
Dorothea Tu★★★★As this is a self-service restaurant with rather quick slow food, you sometimes have to wait a while, till it's your turn. But the food mostly makes up the waiting. They offer gluten free meals, so we had an a la carte Risotto al funghi and a winter special offer: risotto gorgonzola e spinachi with walnuts and pear, which is very recommendable.
