I have been to the place a couple of times, and although everything has tasted good, they clearly need to work on their customer service and friendliness (reflected in their responses to critical reviews as well). I find it interesting that they decided to start an ice cream café right next to a playground, but then have a huge sign by the door basically telling you kids aren't welcome. It's also not allowed to buy ice cream from the counter and eat it within the café area, even if there are many free tables - clearly they differentiate between customer and customers..

Café Eiskönigin – A Breakfast Dream! I had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful breakfast at Café Eiskönigin, and I can only say positive things! We ordered both a fitness breakfast and a sweet breakfast – both were simply delicious and lovingly prepared.
