I've been to many restaurants in my life, but this kind of disgraceful behavior towards a client is something that I've never experienced before. We are a family of two parents and 3 children - we ordered for the adult's 2 first courses between my husband and me and 1 steak to share. For the kids, we ordered 3 steaks. The kids got their food (the steaks were made well done and not medium as requested), and we got our first courses. Once we finished, they brought us 2
