Although there are good verity food items, I didn’t expect the food will be so cold as out from inside, I was totally disappointed with the cold food. I ordered crispy chicken cheese, and the yet again with no surprise, the chicken is no crisper/crunchy. I believe it’s better to buy somewhere in supermarkt rather a well famed Backwerk. Literally the worst experience ever. They failed to mention anywhere that they don't accept cards and after getting my coffee I was told only cash will be accepted. The least they should do is put up a sign mentioning "Nur Barzahlung". And the cashier was extremely rude.
