Always Check your orders. Tried to scam 10€ worth of food. And didn't put ice in cola. All I got is "sorry I forgot" good that you didn't forget to put your pants on. If it's takeout check your order make sure everything is there. Not the 1st time this happens. From now on McDonald's only.

We went here today and waited on the que to order but it was not moving at all. The employees are very unorganised, no system at all. The cashier guy was definitely lost and doesn't know what is he doing. His colleagues was just standing and not even trying to help. One by one clients were walking out with an empty handed included me because of the bad service going on inside. Hope they will go all again on training or else close the store.

Stay away from the drive! Out of six orders, four wheren't complete. So always check your order. The inside is a bit spartan. The TV screen is broken since years. Not that I care for the content but the flickering is really annoying. Also, when you order something special like a burger without onions, there's a good chance the onions are still on there. Some of the staff is very friendly however and as far as BK food goes, the quality doesn't disappoint. Just make sure your order is complete and correct.

We ordered two Oreo milkshakes but we got two Oreo ice creams, when we told the employee, she told us that we did order ice cream but we didn't want ice cream we wanted milkshake. Now we don't have milkshake, only ice cream which we did not order. We traveled over an hour to get to the restaurant, all the way from the Netherlands. And now we are standing here in the parking lot, disappointed with two ice creams we don't like. Very sad.
