We were passing through and were really craving fries. Our first stop was closed for vacation... we searched around a bit and then found Beate's. The food was fantastic... the fries were plentiful and really good. I had a gyro pita... also really delicious... A real old-school chip shop like in the old days... we loved it. We'll be back!

For several years, it was our favorite grill restaurant. But then they only served stale sausages (as currywurst), the display wasn't covered, and it didn't look appetizing. We always preferred the Jagerschnitzel, but unfortunately, it wasn't as tasty the last few times. The sauce was very watery and tasted like nothing. What a shame!
