Ordered once and never again. I ordered a large doner kebab plate with 12 fries on it. The staff reacted rudely when the wrong order arrived—so rudely, in fact, that I felt like they spat on the replacement food. They barely speak German, and it's difficult to understand the staff. My salad was warm, but the meat was cold. The salad was bone dry with no dressing, and they skimped on the tzatziki—there was maybe a tablespoon on it.

Since the new owner took over, the atmosphere is very nice and the food is delicious. Out of six orders so far, only one was unsatisfactory, which can be attributed to traffic congestion during delivery. The fries were a bit limp and no longer crispy. Is this because of the complete business takeover? Are all the reviews older than a year attributable to the previous owner, hence the one-star rating? Understandable, though? However, this is no longer relevant. This order consists of a total of six orders: three for pickup and three for delivery.
