Extremely disappointing experience – terrible customer service I visited Syrtaki in Lünen on Sunday, October 5, 2025, with a group of 10 people, including guests from Ireland, Austria, and southern Germany. We chose this restaurant due to its convenient walking distance, as it was part of my father-in-law weekend B-Day celebration. Thankfully, this was not our main venue for the birthday celebration, because the experience here was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was almost indifferent. We waited a long time just to order a beer or, in my case, a glass of red wine

I ordered a mixed grill for €22.50. Unfortunately, there were hardly any side dishes considering the size of the plate. I had also ordered bruschetta for €6 beforehand. That's definitely too much. Furthermore, we weren't informed about the salad we were entitled to. Nevertheless, the food was tasty. Hence the two stars.
