Coming from Central Asia, I was delighted to find this restaurant in Mannheim! I tried my favourite dish, lagman and was not disappointed. The noodles are hand made, the sauce has rish taste, overall the dish was very tasty. 😊 I am coming back for more! The atmosphere, the music and the food brought me for a short time back to Central Asia. It was very enjoyable!

Simply the best in the game when it comes to Uyghur cuisine. Having tried Uyghur food at many different places, I can confidently say this is the best. Incredible food, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. We traveled all the way from Sweden during our vacation and visited both of their restaurants in Böblingen and Mannheim. Both were absolutely 10/10 in every possible way. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences we've had. Highly recommended!

Here is an authentic Uyghur restaurant with an extensive menu. The tochu kordak (their dapanji) was almost perfect. The chicken and potatoes were tender and soaked in the intensely flavorful broth of chilis, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorn. The hand-pulled noodles were stretched thin and wide and so retained an amazing chewiness. The only minimal improvement would be adding more potatoes and stretching the noodles just a tad thinner, but they are still better than other hand-pulled noodles in the city.
