I don’t think I’ve been more annoyed at a restaurant in recent history. We get a table and they have no menus, as in they ran out of menus. As soon as we ordered waiters appeared, swarming the table to take the menus despite us saying we were waiting on two more people and planned to order more. The food itself was about an hour wait and when we did get the food we couldn’t eat it because they ran out of forks. I feel like it is a clear social expectation that when you serve food, you are able to eat it while it’s warm… we literally waited for them to wash new forks. They offered us no discoun

First wow, then disappointment. It’s a very instagrammable cafe that aims for floral luxury aesthetic. The coffee is excellent but the service is medium. Rahmkuchen was good. But we were served a chocolate cake that was absolutely SHAMEFUL. I couldn’t believe they would dare to serve such an awful dry tasteless and ugly cake at their cafe! Even my kids wouldn’t eat it. At the full cake price (4,2 euro I believe).

Very much an „instagram“ cafe, wish I had checked the negative reviews before coming here. The cakes looked delicious, so I ordered a cheesecake. Unfortunately, it was too… soft? starchy? chewy? Not sure what it was, but it was disappointing. The tea I ordered was good, although i got some plasticky string in my cup somehow. The tea selection was also lacking, this could have easily been the type of cafe to serve all kinds of loose-leaf teas (earl grey, english breakfast, green, etc). The service was alright, could have been better: the woman taking my order seemed to get irritated with me ask
