We asked for an extra bread basket and the waitress (possibly manager of the night) told us straight off that it was not free to which we said that it was ok - we just don't need another cheese dip with it. The waitress actually made a face and rolled her eyes. This is my second visit. First visit, the restaurant was inclined to tell us that they are closing soon when we were ordering another bottle of wine. There were other people still sitting there so again we don't understand the attitude. Either you want to serve your paying
May Jordan★★★★★Absolutely beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere is cosy, romantic, intimate and classy. The food is extremely high quality and absolutely delicious. Me and my partner have been twice in the last few months and absolutely loved it. The first time I had the ox belly risotto and he had the squid ink tagliatelle. Most recently I had the truffle tagliatelle which one of the best pastas I have ever eaten, so rich and creamy. They also have a huge selection of gorgeous wines which, suitable for any budget. Absolutely worth a try if you’re in the Meerbusch area.
