That’s the most original Italian location I’ve ever visited outside of Italy! An classic Italian family is running the restaurant with the connected bottega. I felt like in Italy, the food and the authentic atmosphere that the mother and the son (both are the waiters) created was just indescribable. I’m very happy and honoured to have discovered that amazing location. Every time I’ll be back in Germany I’ll visit you guys! Small and exquisite... Cosimo Vini in Minden is a high-quality Italian restaurant with a lot of heart, ideal for relaxed dining, delicious pasta and pizza, and an authentic experience. The carpaccio was tender and delicately seasoned. The pasta with ricotta impressed with its light, creamy sauce, and the pizza with rocket had a crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The desserts—panna cotta and tiramisu—were also outstanding. The friendly, attentive service and the pleasant atmosphere, accompanied by a good wine, completed the positive impression. Highly recommended!

Last night I celebrated my birthday here with 20 guests. It was an absolutely perfect evening. We had a fantastic menu with antipasti, pasta, meat, and desserts.
