My friend and I had tried the spring and summer collections this year and wanted to try the autumn collection together as well. We went in yesterday and got a rainbow box of 12 (one of each flavor) and split each of the macarons to try all of the flavors. Unlike the summer collection, where we enjoyed a lot of the flavors, the autumn collection fell short in terms of flavor and texture. The merignac flavor was too buttery and the rosemary overpowered everything, the corby flavor had a very unpleasant bitterness from the tea leaves in the filling etc. But flavors are subjective and not the reas

Highly recommended. A selection of macaroons that change every season. The flavors are surprising, with wide variety from fresh and light to deep and full. We met Lotan who explained us in detail about the current collection, the special raw materials, the preparation methods and the cooperation with other places in the city. We took the box of all flavors (12), which was simply amazing, we enjoyed it for a week after the visit (kept it in the fridge) We will definitely come back, amazing!
