Magical, warm atmosphere with relaxing music and extremely friendly and warmhearted staff. Dogs are welcomed and taken care of. The food and hot drinks are great. One of the best deserts I‘ve ever tried, I tried here: mango-mascarpone Torte. The taste is heavily.

Service is extremely slow. First I waited for a menu card to choose what I will eat. The waitress did not give me information about that i could have found the dishes on the wall behind or website. (First time here how will i know) Then i waited another 20 mins to order my food, she got the payment of a huge table before i order my food, i was alone. I am just waiting with patience. Hopefully i will manage to eat something here. People who came after me already left after they got their drinks, i still did not order :) as a customer i would recommend them to hire more waiters or reduce the num

We waited for more than 40 minutes to order a couple of coffees. The waitress knew we were taking our plane, and she made us wait on purpose (just because we insisted we had a flight to take). The place is not bad but the service is disappointing, ZERO respect to clients.
