The dishes are based on seasonal ingredients and offer interesting takes on classic recipes, and the wine selection and advice is very good. However, all of the dishes we ordered - two starters and two mains - were over-done on salt and 'umami", completely loosing the flavours of the delicate ingredients, and as a result, all of them tasted similar.
