Staff wasn’t very friendly. There was still enough time left before closing time so I ordered a latte. Then when I was sitting inside, the staff told me they are closing. So I asked if it would be fine if I would sit outside at least. He told me that would be ok. So I was just sitting when another guy of the staff was busy with ‘locking’ the chairs and tables. So he also asked me to sit on another table once again. I was devastated and just decided to leave. He could just have waited for 5/10 min for me to finish my coffee in peace and then do my table. As there was still plenty of time left

I first visited this branch on my travels in 8/2022 and now three times during the week of 2/2023. The menu is the same as anywhere in Europe. They have honey and lemon juice as flavorings, which I don't see often. The service was always nice and communicated well in English. I like the toilet locking solution 👍. However, I was unpleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the establishment. Even five days after the first visit, no one was able to wash the glass surfaces with spilled coffee or wipe the dust that had been around the windows for at least a month. The worst coffees of Starbucks, I bought grande americano and grande cappuccino. Both had literally no coffee, it was pure hot water and milk
