Good pastrami sandwiches, tender and not dry, I got the pastrami classic, they also have a Reuben sandwich version on the menu, among other things. The Bloody Mary was spicy and savory, maybe a little sweeter than I expected, but good. Nice to see this place open again, this used to be located down in Mitte, which was easier to get to. The Kalle Halle food hall also has a ton of other small restaurants with a variety of options.

Hands down, the best hot pastrami sandwich I’ve had east of Manhattan’s Katz Deli. The pickle and sauerkraut are also point-on. What a delish meal!! Update: went back again to try out their hamburger, asked to have it without mayonnaise. Oh my goodness, it was delectable!!!!!!!!!! This place has become my favorite. I’ll be back for their onion soup which friends have told me is outrageously delish as well.

A Mogg fan since the early days back in Mitte - and they’re still worth every bite. If you’re in this Neukölln hood, the Reuben is an absolute must at KalleHalle‘s food hall. Packed with their legendary house-brined pastrami, it’s the kind of sandwich Berlin has been missing since they closed. Delish!

I came here with high expectations to have a NYC style pastrami. However the pastrami was so hard to break and chew, all the meat inside the bread came into my mouth in one bite. I had to try and tear it with my hand, then chew each bite for minutes in order not to swallow it as a whole. Unfortunately, a let down.
