We had a lovely weekend stay at Tortue in a Grande Double Room, which was very spacious and included a comfortable sitting area. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little flimsy. The bathroom was on the smaller side, with a shower over the bath; and the towels felt quite thin. The décor throughout the hotel is stylish, with a dark and moody atmosphere that we really liked. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioning was quite weak, so we needed to open
