I ordered food and explicitly stated twice that it should arrive on time so it would stay warm. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, as if it had come straight from the refrigerator. For €21, I ordered a doner plate and a medium doner kebab, and at that price, I expect the food to be hot and fresh. Very disappointing. This shouldn't be the case.
