Fresh items, main baker always hard at work. As others have mentioned, it is definitely a "tourist" place, but that is expected due to the location. Customer service can be a hit or miss, but sometimes the line is out the door, and there's only the middle-aged blond lady by herself. Overall, I good place to stop in for coffee. :)

Nice shop and pastries were good, staff didn’t seem to happy to be serving a tourist. Coffee only average. Apple strudel cake was the best.

The food and coffee were below average — the coffee was honestly undrinkable. If you’re starving and need something, it might get the job done, but otherwise I’d skip it. The service was a complete mess. One of the workers was shouting at us in German to come get the food. Since we don’t speak German, we didn’t respond right away. Instead of handling it professionally, the worker started making jokes about tourists who don’t speak German, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not a place I’d recommend.
