A) they're awesome at their jobs: they'll pour you a perfect Guinness, cook you an amazing burger, nimbly dodging drunks while balancing trays full of drinks. Truly something to behold! B) there's love that keeps the place together. Love that makes it a great and welcoming place to come back to.
