I m a czech guy who lived for many years in middle east including Istanbul so I know a thing or two about good turkish grill. And I must say I and my girlfriend were so impressed in Adana grill. Lamb chopes was soft, juicy, medium dan, great taste form the charcoal. the same goes for lam kebab (minced lamb on a grill). sidedish and little salad excellent. And to bring it to perfectin, instead of ayran in plastic cups (which I expected), they brought us home made one of excellent quality. And, yes, bread from a special oven, amazing too. A family run kebab place ! The best kebab place with authentic Arabic taste and generous food portions. The owner of the restaurant is a young guy who greets every guest with lots of respect and friendliness. The historical building of the restaurant with old Roman style arch and bricks gives a luxury dinner ambiance. A must visit place for good food, friendly service, and unbelievably reasonable prices.
