It is not old in itself, but it stands exactly where Stuttgart’s brewing, royal, commercial and modern city life meet. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, and the atmosphere combines an old brauhaus feeling with a fresh, modern design. It was pretty busy on Saturday and there was a line, but it moved fairly quickly. They do a good job turning tables and keeping things moving without making you feel rushed. We do not speak German, but communication was not an issue at all. The server spoke English and was very helpful. Overall, great service and a really nice experience.
