We found Mauritius Restaurant online when looking for somewhere to eat. It had good reviews, so thought we should try them. I decided I was going to order the Carribbean chicken upon arrival. My husband was going to the port Louis chicken. We were seated quickly and ordered drinks and food. It didn't take long for our meals to arrive. They were both large portions. I had two pieces of chicken, salad, rice with quinoa (didn't taste the quinoa) and sweet potatoes fries. In winter it's lovely and warm in here but in summer they are really missing a real outdoor seating area. They made the best of what they have and let's be honest the cocktails are great. Didn't try the food so only rating the cocktails. Great place to start the night with a group of friends. We will be back and have recommended it to our other group members

We had some difficulty to understand the concept of the restaurant (Caribbean or not..) but after asking we got the point a bit. It was not too busy and the staff was friendly and the food was good for the price we paid. Plus point, they have a nice primitivo in the assortment.
