I am glad after reading some of the reviews, that I am not alone in my negativity of this place. The staff are standing less than a meter away from each other, but yet have zero communication. They don't know what to do, and are horrible at multi-tasking. They also take an eternity to get your order, which they will soon forget anyway. No wonder the queues are always long here. Food was very average and servings were small, considering the price paid. So it's not a fast food chain since it's so slow, and it doesn't give you the satisfaction of a fast food chain. You're better off at a fast

Very bad service.. I have been served while the employee was complaining that he is alone and he was supposed to go home, but instead of that he needs to serve me. After buying food to go for 5 people, I need to pay extra for the Kochlöffel paper bag. I usually understand the frustration of a fast food employee, but this time was too much. You don't get to be treated that bad every day 😊
