For a year now, I've had a croissant every Sunday. For a year now, I've been hoping it would be baked through this time. For a year now, however, I've been disappointed. What's going on? The croissants are still raw inside, unrisen, and doughy. What a shame. But oh well, I'm not giving up hope. One Sunday, I'll finally get a good croissant from you. Until then, I'll just have to eat the bone.

In our opinion and experience, this bakery unfortunately often sells products that are too dark or even burnt. We find this particularly upsetting when these products are offered or sold to children. We will avoid this bakery in the future.

I regularly go to Büsch Bakery and am always very satisfied. The baked goods are fresh and delicious, but I'd especially like to highlight the service. An older, blonde employee with glasses is always exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and incredibly attentive. You can really tell that she does her job with heart – you rarely find that these days. It's precisely because of people like her that you keep coming back!

Delicious raisin snails, even better cheesecake, and they have very tasty sandwiches—the bread... I love it, with carrots, cucumbers... and cheese 😋 The staff are incredibly friendly, always up for a joke, but also very knowledgeable. The branch is inside the Edeka supermarket, which makes it nice; it's a lot of fun to drink coffee there and people-watch ;-)
