From a hygiene perspective, I'm very disappointed. I find it incomprehensible that bread and other baked goods are handled with bare hands without gloves. Even if hands are regularly disinfected, it doesn't leave me with a good feeling. Hygiene should be a top priority, especially in the food industry. I would like to see gloves or other hygienic aids used in the future. Otherwise, it could deter many customers. It's a shame, because the products actually taste very good.

Not recommended since the change of ownership. The quality isn't up to par, and their prices are exorbitant. Most of the staff are unfriendly and/or unmotivated. Hygiene? It's nonexistent. They don't wear gloves, which would be acceptable if they actually worked hygienically. However, I consider it impossible to maintain hygiene in a grocery store (with unpackaged goods) without gloves. They handle money and then the goods. I'm extremely concerned about this for health reasons. I find their "fire bread" and similar items ridiculous. They're all baked so dark that they'd end up in the trash

Not dirty, but not exactly clean either. Breakfast was thrown together haphazardly, and the sausage and cheese were prepared without gloves. The leafy salad, cucumber, and tomato advertised in the pictures simply weren't available (the employee's exact words were, "We don't currently have any"). Instead of the advertised butter, there was margarine without any explanation. Never again...
