The entrance is on Hollywood Street (not on Cochrane Street, and on the left side of Penicillin). We were greeted by a bouncer who asked if we would be having both shisha and drinks. Someone else came out and also asked whether we wanted to wait inside or outside by the elevator. It was a late Friday night and we only the wait was only about 10 minutes. The waitress didn't greet us and pretty unfriendly when I asked about their shisha flavors, especially since they didn’t provide a menu. The shisha itself tasted weak and a bit harsh. There is a one drink per person requirement, which would have been nice to know beforehand. The music was amazing — a mix with hip hop and Afrobeats that millennials would appreciate. The space felt cozy, almost like being in someone’s home. But the ventilation really wasn’t great and the room in the back felt stuffy. The air conditioner is pretty weak; the water refill is too slow… The worst part is that they are pushing us to order within 60 mins or we need to leave for other customers to join. Understood it’s Friday night but it’s not yet 23:00 and the staffs’ attitude & the bartenders’ attitude were pretty bad.
