The starters (schezwan chilly chicken & chicken dumplings) and the fried rice ( seafood rice and the Yhan Zhou fried rice) that we tried were very enjoyable but both the Kung pao chicken and the Wok roast pork dishes felt a little overpowered by sauces so the taste of the meat didnt really shine through. Service and ambience were great, prices match any high end restaurant.

My wife and I went there. We both are vegetarian. We ordered two dishes. Raviolli was good, not extraordinary. Risotto was very ordinary, not upto the mark. The bill was extraordinary. Approximately 3500+ for these two dishes. Ambience was good. So overall we had average experience. Most of the items were non vegetarian. So I guess the place may be better for nonveg italian then vegetarian.

One of the most Unhygienic restaurants is Tinello.. I have ever visited in Ahmedabad The floors where as if they have never been swapped the bowl to take the curries, the steel bowl had a stain of a curry in it which had dried up even after wash..I was shocked to see the standard such a poor standard of Hyatt the hygiene was so bad that it was unbelievable and unacceptable from Hyatt.. I thought it was a five star but after eating there and sitting there I could understand that it is like 3 star I would definitely never visit this restaurant again in my life. I hope that they have cooked hygienically because it didn't look like that too.. in the desert section some sweet had fallen on the floor and it was lying there for hours nobody cared to wipe it or swipe it.. unbelievable how they are operating and nobody to see what's going on in these restaurants.. it was Sunday and the tables were not full still I could not understand why they are not maintaining the hygiene as per 5 star resta
