Horrible experience. Was asked to pay by scanning the Adani One QR code. And the process was so unfriendly, time consuming and finally yielded no result. A no. of OTPs, PAN card details and finally after paying by Google pay ot says: processing order. after 10 mts, it says Order failed. Despite telling the counter chap that i would pay directly, he insisted i pay through the code. My money gone, no food amd lost time! Have lost all respect and faith in the Adani app. A horrible system deaigned to benefit the Adani app, I felt.

Pathetic food...one plate of veg biryani costs 475 rs, but it is absolute waste..food quality, taste is pathetic ..there is not much choice as well

Very disappointed... filter coffe of 280INR and what you get is a small tiny cup with the coffe.. atleast the price should justify the quantity..

Pathetic biryani u guys are serving at Mumbai airport T1 😡 the rice is not cooked and it's super raw with the biryani that u guys are serving @airportmumbai u need to ensure that food quality checking is done I had food by 10;30 and it's extremely poor
