The food offerings were good, with a wide variety of cuisines available. However, the hospitality and overall guest experience could be significantly improved. When we initially asked about the buffet spread, we were simply told that it was a “multi-cuisine” buffet. Given that there are multiple live kitchens and stations spread across the venue, it would have been helpful if the staff had guided us through the different sections and cuisines available. Unfortunately, we only discovered several stations and dishes on our own towards the end of the meal, after we had already finished eating. The staff appeared largely disengaged, and while one team member was courteous and present, even they did not provide any guidance on navigating the buffet. Additionally, several dishes and counters were either empty or awaiting preparation. Came here for dinner and really enjoyed it. The place feels nice, good lighting, the right kind of crowd, and you get the luxury dining feeling. Great food options in the buffet and it majorly covers all the cuisine. The dessert counter was the highlight honestly. Cakes, Indian sweets, live ice cream. Definitely don't skip that. We had breakfast at merchants on Holi in 2026. Booked through Dineout and got some discounts as it was a weekday holiday. The spread was fantastic. Indian food, Asian - sushi,dimsum, the usual live stations -eggs, dosas, parathas, a couple of fancy, unique live egg dishes beyond the normal options, kheema, Misal pav, so many Asian options, desserts, varieties of cheese, hummus, exotic salamis. Coffee, tea and fresh juice were amazing. Bakery items were a plenty and all fresh. Breakfast buffet ends at 10.30am. So plan accordingly and skip lunch 😜 we had a blast. Paid 3750 for a couple.
