I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. The food quality was poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Several items lacked freshness and taste, making the meal unsatisfactory. What was even more disappointing was the restaurant's response when I raised concerns about the food quality. Instead of addressing the issue or trying to resolve it, the staff simply told me to "talk to Zomato, not us." This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Regardless of where the order was placed, the restaurant is responsible for the quality of the food it serves. Good customer service means listening to feedback and taking responsibility, not passing the blame. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant and will think twice before ordering from them again.

Visited for lunch and ordered the _Premium Thali_. Ambience was pleasant and the place is well maintained. Food was average — dal and sabzi were lukewarm and lacked flavor, and the roti turned hard fast. Service was fast in getting the order to the table, but the treatment towards customers was not good. Staff seemed indifferent, with no check-in after serving and little effort to address concerns. For a “premium” thali, expected better quality and more courteous hospitality. Hope they work on customer service, because the place has potential.

This place is good to hangout with friends and family at Sehore.The food is also very tasty and pocket friendly. Plenty of options available like pizza,burgers, momos,soups,starters, sandwiches, Indian breads and gravies, sizzlers and desserts too. They also allow here to celebrate birthday,wedding anniversary and other small parties. Atmosphere is ok. Mostly crowded during evenings and night. The servers are polite and the orders takes minimum 15 to 20 minutes to serve.

Good fast food restaurant in Sehore. They have good options to choose from. Taste has been downgraded as compared to last year, 2020. Advice to maintain the quality and hygiene at the restaurant. Update after another visit in Aug' 21: Hygiene is still not up to the mark, plates were not washed properly. Tried Spring roll and it was actually good, hope they'll maintain this taste!

Veg cheese paneer sandwich are great but staff is not maintained the proper hygiene and crockery is not well washed. Hygiene is the key to make your restaurant highlighted to impress customers. Please maintained hygiene as this the need of today's life. Food is ok not that much great in taste. One can come here for normal street food tastes. Today I agin visited here , and Ordered Momos and French fries. And Masala sandwich This time momos are bit good and spicy also... Well improvable food. And hygiene is still matained ... The fLoor is very Dirty.
