The staff, while generally friendly, exhibited confusion during peak times. The captain attempted to explain the order duration as if assuming we were unfamiliar with restaurant operations. Unfortunately, the food, despite an estimated maximum preparation time of 20 minutes, was delayed by more than 45 minutes. Furthermore, the quality was subpar, characterized by excessive oiliness and lackluster presentation.

Came with a large group. The appetizers were OK - one of them was sweet and couldn't be called an appetizer. My order never came so I cancelled it. Shared some of my colleague's meal, which was underwhelming. Their Mosul Kubba is too thin and doesn't contain enough meat. The other meals that came didn't look as appetizing as the pictures in the menu. Too pricey for what you actually get.
