I had a very disappointing experience at your sweet shop on Sunday afternoon while visiting with my family. The staff member serving customers, a short man wearing a yellow shirt, was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was patiently waiting to be served, I noticed that he was giving special attention and friendly service to two customers ahead of me. However, the experience inside the store is affected by the cigarette stand outside. People smoking near the entrance often cause smoke to drift inside, which can be uncomfortable for customers. It would really help if the store management could consider keeping the door closed or installing a barrier to prevent smoke from entering.
