I've been here multiple times when I was younger I'm a teen now and I still like to go when I can so those reviews about burnt milk is absolutely false. And if employees aren't as energetic it's because of how long they're working don't expect them to keep a smile on their faces all the time they aren't rude to anyone. They do their job and if you have an attitude beforehand that's your problem if you get treated like that. I love the employees they're always kind to me

I loved the coffee, the server was great and super friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, however they forgot my muffin, but apart from that, great service. (I didn't go for the muffin because I'm too shy to complain)

I visited Starbucks at 133 O’Connell St on Wednesday, 4th February, around 5 PM with a friend. The staff were inattentive and unprofessional while taking our order. To my disappointment, another customer who arrived after us was immediately served first. This blatant favoritism is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of fairness and professionalism. I strongly advise Starbucks management to address this issue, as experiences like this make the store feel unwelcoming and biased. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
