Bianca Kerr★Went to Melt Ice Cream last weekend with 3 others and the service was honestly shocking. We originally went in planning to get waffles, but they didn’t have any. Because of that, we had to quickly rethink everything and decide between ice cream or milkshakes instead. That’s why we needed a minute — but instead of giving us time, the staff kept rushing us, repeatedly asking what we wanted. One woman in particular was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and clearly annoyed at us. When more customers came in she even said “Jesus, more people” out loud… like sorry for coming into a shop that’s open
coffeemotor Ireland★The service disgraceful - Coffees disgusting barista untrained with NO personality. - Dessert old and stale, order 5 coffee drinks paid €37 total and then to be told I would only get 3 stamps on their loyalty card. What a joke 🤣 Never going there again 😀😀 Good luck with your business model. Google you should have a minus star rating available. This spot would win hands down ...
