Jason Campbell★★★★★

One of the very oldest pubs in Dublin. Deceptively large and accommodating of large groups for food on multiple floors. Service staff is top notch and professional. Not in heart so not as crowded and uncomfortable as Temple Bar area. Everything about it is amazing; you cannot leave Dublin without visiting this amazing iconic Pub!

Ate at The Brazen Head today and sat at the bar with Keith and Anthony as our server. We had the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich, wings and a side of chips. The chicken sandwich was spicy and flavorful. The wings were basic and the chips were actually fries. Nonetheless less the food was good and the service at the bar was great, very attentive and personable. We arrived at about 6:10 pm and stayed until 9:30 to listen to the live music which did not disappoint. Keith took the time to give us food and pub recommendations as well. This is a classy pub with good food, service and music.

It's a bit touristic but also locals go there. It's very big but I recommend to reserve a table or you have to queue especially if you are a group. We were lucky because we were two people and got a table. The food and drinks were very delicious and the staff super friendly. We had the irish stew, a chicken burger and a cesar salad and it looked perfect like in a restaurant and not usual Pub Food for a touristy place. We would def. Come again.

Very good place. When I was in front of the door was little scared about the queue. But immediately was also clear that there are a lot of seat and the line was quite fast. The food was very very good and there were a lot of choise among the traditional Ireland food. The mai dishes were all very good but special mentioned for the dessert. The apple crumble was incredible. Price was aligned to other restaurant of the city and the service was kindly and fast.
