Visit from 17.06.2026 , around 21:20 . We ordered two hamburgers and fries. The menu description was quite promising and even said, “Recommended.” First of all, I would like to point out that the wait was quite long. Our food arrived about 25 minutes after we placed the order. The burgers themselves arrived cold, or at best slightly warm. It was obvious that they had been sitting for around 10 minutes after cooking before being served. The fries were very ordinary. I cannot say for sure, but they felt like store-bought fries cooked in a Ninja-style air fryer. However, that was not the biggest issue. The fries were heavily oversalted. It felt as though they had been salted and then someone added even more salt without checking. They were almost impossible to eat. The beef burger itself was completely average and rather disappointing. There was nothing special or memorable about it. No sauces were provided, only ketchup and mayonnaise packets like the ones you get at McDonald’s.

שירת פשוט גרוע. התחיל בכך שאף אחד לא טרח לנקות את השולחן (להעביר סמרטוט) טוב שהיו לנו מגבונים לחים .הזמנו המבורגרים בעת הזמנה לא הוצע תוספות אז כמובן זה הגיע בלי.המלצרית הביאה בירה ונשפך לה על השולחן, מע עושה? מנגבת? לא, מה פתאום, היא אומרת לא נורא. המבורגר היה 3/4 בשל. פיצה לילדים, יש 3 ילדים אז למה מביאים 2 צלחות? לא היה בשולחן לא מלח ולא פלפל ולא מעפרה והמלצרית לא טרחה אפילו לחשוב שאולי לפחות צריך לשאול. אני קמתי 4 פעמים בשביל להביא דברים לשולחן. 1- להביא מעפרה, 2- להביא צלחת לילדה, 3- להביא מלח/פלפל, 4- לשלם חשבון. אפילו שנתנו חשבון אף אחד לא שאל מזומן או אשראי.... המלצרית אמרה לי שהם נוהגים לקחת 10% שירות לפחות. מה זה עכשיו מס חדש? חשבתי ששירות משלמים בתור בונוס אם הכל היה טוב. ממש הכריחה אותי לשלם המלצרית המבוגרת. אכזבה...יום כיף עם משפחה בים נהפך לסיוט.
