Lousy service. The place was empty but we still waited about twenty minutes for the food which should take about 5 minutes as it's basically fast food - let's face it, no one goes their expecting fine dining. The waiter was chatting with his friends and didn't bother to apologies when I asked him why it's taking so long. He basically just shrugged. The place is run by high schoolers. Will never go again. I can make it faster at home. Also, parking cost 30 ILS for an hour.

The restaurant is located in a remote part of the city, with many parking spots, however none were available. You should reserve a table in advance, to be on the safe side. The dishes arrived quickly, well prepared, in portion size and taste. However I would advise that the staff should be more attentive, or the customers would have some sort of a bell to call the waiters. The restaurant didn’t have any music playing, so the atmosphere was not exciting

The low prices are not worth the low quality of food or the awful service. The waiters didn't pay attention to us for about ten minutes and even when they dis the service was super slow. Probably the worst branch of Nafis i ever visited. אני יכול להבין איך המחירים הזולים בנאפיס יכולים למשוך לקוחות אבל האוכל הבינוני והשירות המזעזע לא שווים את זה לדעתי. הסניף הזה הוא כנראה הסניף הכי גרוע של נאפיס שהייתי בו.

Found hair in the food, contacted customer support and hours later still no response from the restaurant. Clearly there’s no consideration for cleanliness or customer experience. Not recommended if you don’t want hair with your meal.

In firat look seems as a nice place. But the expirence is bad. Food is not bad. But would take alot of time to get. Not sure you will get what you really requested. The service in TOTALLY LAME. Bad feeling. We went as 5 people. Regreted it. Stay away
