It was the most authentic sushi I’ve had so far in Puglia. The variety of sushi was incredible, from sashimi to nigiri, and everything was incredibly fresh. The tuna and salmon tartar were both outstanding. The edamame was fresh, and the sashimi served with coconut milk sauce was a delightful twist. The rice noodles with spicy shrimp were absolutely delicious. For dessert, the Mochi were the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly sweet and chewy. A very large, truly beautiful, and well-managed place! I always recommend booking in advance. The food is top-notch, excellent quality, and there's no waiting. I do have one thing to say, though: there's a limit on some dishes, especially the tartare and carpaccio. But otherwise, everything was excellent!

Total Chaos: We went on a Saturday night. It was a real mess. The place was packed with really poor service. Service was initially slow, orders never arrived, and the waiters were in a panic. Regarding the food: it was hastily prepared, but the quality wasn't bad. The place is large, but cramped, but well-decorated. What can I say? It was a disappointment. I've been there other times, always on weekends; the main problem is the service.
